$300 for all 8 sessions; sliding scale & payment plans available

A community support group to learn about emotions, develop skills, and gather/share resources

TIME

75-minute evening sessions on Mondays 4PM-5:15PM PT | 6PM-7:15PM CT | 7PM-8:15PM ET

GROUP GOALS

Group members will gain a deeper understanding of emotions and their functions, learn to build healthier relationships with emotions, and gain new tools for coping. Examples of skills include emotion regulation, mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, thought challenging, and distress tolerance.
