Support and skills group for Asian Americans. This group will have an educational and coaching support aspect.

75-minute evening sessions on Wednesdays from 5:30 PM - 6:45PM PT | 7:30PM - 8:45PM CT | 8:30PM - 9:45PM ET

Gain support from like-minded Asian Americans, learn how to identify and overcome trauma responses, cultivate voice through sharing, learn assertive communication skills, and apply lessons learned into daily life
