$485 for all 10 sessions, sliding scale & payment plans available

This group will offer support, accountability, and tips and strategies for managing ADHD.
TIME
75-minute evening sessions on Tuesdays 4:00PM - 5:15PM PDT | 6:00PM - 7:15PM CDT | 7:00PM - 8:15PM EDT

GROUP GOALS
Connect with and support other teens with ADHD. Build motivation and learn the tools needed to meet goals. Empower each other to appreciate strengths and grow weaknesses. Apply lessons into daily life.

Building a Growth Mindset
- Create a foundation of self-care
- Develop strategies for getting into your stretch zone
- Balance responsibilities with hobbies
WEEK 3
Learn about Executive Functioning
- Learn about different executive functioning skills
- Develop personal strategies to improve skills
- Apply skills to school and personal life
WEEK 4
Practice Mindfulness
- Practice attention with intention and metacognition
- Build frustration and stress tolerance
- Incorporate self-talk and self-care
WEEK 5
Social and Emotional Regulation
- Strategies to handle stress and frustration
- Steps to build self-esteem
- Navigate social experiences and relationships
WEEK 6
Setting Up Goals
- Implement executive functioning strategies to work towards goals
- Pre-plan for obstacles and barriers with counter-strategies
- Break down goals into actionable steps

Workshopping Goals
- Improve planning and organizational skills
- Create persistence with new routines
