Hi there! I’m Celia. Let’s walk through the road of healing together.

Taking the decision to seek help is a big step in understanding yourself in a more deeper level, and to break free from patterns that don’t benefit your everyday life. Choosing therapy means allowing yourself to explore the feelings, thoughts, and experiences you have in a safe, nonjudgmental space. While it all seems overwhelming, I want to be there to walk with you through every step of the way.

As a therapist, I want to be able to help you regain a sense of fulfillment in life, improve your relationships, and to feel like yourself once again. I want to be able to support you while allowing our time to feel open-minded, humorous, engaging, person-centered, and resourceful. By utilizing modalities such as EMDR and somatics, we will work together to navigate through the challenges of your life so that you are able to evolve and thrive as the best version of yourself.

What Therapy With Me is Like

When working with clients, I am a very attentive listener, fully present in the moment, whilst offering a safe space where you can freely express yourself without the fear of judgement. From there, we will work together to discover possible directions and barriers of your concerns.

Sometimes it can be difficult to break free from our own biases and limitations. To help with this, I utilize educational videos and readings to broaden your perspective and to assist with the awareness and practice of your coping skills. I want to encourage you to think beyond what you already know, and to help you embrace a more expansive way of thinking.

I incorporate grounding practices in our sessions in order to help build a routine of practice. I want to help anchor you in the present moments, and to cultivate a sense of stability to combat the feeling of being scattered. Life may be overwhelming and full of stress, but with me, I want to help you center yourself and realize that you are in control of your emotions.

Therapy for Grief and Loss

Grieving can be complex, and potentially one of the more painful experiences we as humans can face in our life. The loss of a loved one can feel overwhelming and to some, unreal. Grief can be a long and difficult journey, but you don’t have to walk it alone. With the right support, you will be able to move through the pain and find a sense of peace, while also honoring the love and connection that loss brings.

With my extensive experience of creating my own grief processing group, we can work together to navigate through the emotional weight of grief. Remember, there is no right way to grieve, and that path is different for everyone. As isolating as it may feel, I will be there to help you through finding peace amidst the pain.

Therapy for Anger Management

Anger is a natural and powerful emotion, but when you’re unable to manage it properly, it can have a profound impact on your relationships your work, and just overall well-being as a person. I will work with you to not suppress or eliminate your feelings of anger, but to help you understand and process it in a more constructive way.

To understand the deeper emotions under anger is a step that many individuals may struggle with, but I am committed to making sure that ALL your feelings are addressed, so that you don’t need to mask any feelings with anger or rage. With practice and support, you will be able to reclaim your emotional control, rebuild your trust with others, and feel more at peace with all of your emotions.

Therapy for Trauma

Healing from trauma can take time, and it can leave you will so many complex feelings that are difficult to navigate through. Whether it’s the result of a single event or a series of painful experiences over time, trauma can shape the way you view yourself, others, and the world around you. I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to understand the impact of trauma and how it may be influencing your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.

I also specialize in providing a space for immigrants who have experienced their own sense of trauma. Migrating to a new place can leave a person feeling displaced, uncertain, and separated from others, with the addition of struggling to adapt to a new environment. My approach is rooted in creating the space for you to process all the aspects of your journey, with techniques such as a EMDR and somatics. Together, we will work through the trauma that you have experienced, helping you move forward to a more empowered version of yourself.

Therapy for Burnout and Perfectionism

Sometimes we create unrealistic standards for ourselves to the point where it leads to constant self-criticism and the fear of failure. When you’re always striving for perfection, it can become exhausting, and your own needs start to become overlooked.

As your therapist, I want to help you recognize and address these patterns, and together, we will figure out ways to manage your stress and to break the cycle of pushing the limits of your well-being for unattainable goals. We will find a balance, where you will still be able to achieve a sense of genuine fulfillment, while also practicing self-care and protecting your sense of well-being.

More About Me

I dual majored in Sociology in college and later went to law school for master’s degree, along a BSW. I noticed that in my legal practice, I was actually more interested in their socioeconomic status than their legal problems. I felt that legal problems have set answers, but real life situations don’t. I noticed that I enjoy building connections to my clients and decipher their inner worlds the most. I’m not afraid to sit with clients’ emotions and help them dig deeper into what they shared. I like to learn multiple interventions and immediately use in my sessions.

I love to read, having deep conversations, travelling, and going out into nature. Of my traveling adventures, I truly miss Egypt, Cambodia, and Turkey the most. I dream about revisiting them sometime in the future, but I still have a lot of bucket lists to tackle.

I also love to customize my clothes and jewelry, and I have quite an extensive knowledge about crystals and gemstones!

悲傷與失落的心理諮商

悲傷是一種複雜的情緒體驗,可能也是人生中最深刻、最痛的經歷之一。失去摯愛之人,
常讓人感到難以承受,甚至有時會覺得一切都不真實,希望一切都不是真的。悲傷的歷程
往往漫長且艱辛,但你不需要獨自承受。在合適的支持下,你可以慢慢走過這段痛苦的旅

憤怒管理的心理諮商

憤怒是一種自然且強烈的情緒,但當我們無法妥善管理它時,憤怒可能會深深影響我們的
人際關係、工作表現、甚至整體的身心福祉。我在執業經驗中也發現,無法控制的強烈情
緒失控,常常是過度壓抑的反彈或是創傷反應的一環;因此在會談中,我不會要求你壓抑
或消除憤怒,而是陪你一起理解這股情緒,並以更有建設性的方式去面對、表達、釋放它

理解憤怒背後更深層的情緒,對許多人來說是一大挑戰。我致力於協助你去看見並接納所
有的情緒,這樣你就不需要再用憤怒來表達那些被忽略的感受。透過練習與支持,你將能
逐漸找回對情緒的掌控力、修復與他人的信任關係、並能平靜地完整感受你的情緒世界。

創傷經驗的心理諮商

的衝擊,還是長期累積的痛苦經驗,創傷都有可能深刻地影響你對自己、他人、甚至整個

影響,以及它如何潛移默化地影響著你的思考、行為和人際關係。
我也特別關注移民族群所經歷的創傷與失落。遷移至新環境的過程中,常常伴隨著不安、
疏離、迷惘,以及適應新文化的種種挑戰。我的治療取向強調為你創造一個能自由表達與
整合經驗的空間,並運用如EMDR與身體感知取向等技術,協助你處理這段生命旅程中的
創傷經驗。

從法律到療癒:我的旅程,以及一些小事兒

我在台灣大學雙主修社工與社會學,研究所轉攻法律碩士。我在台灣曾任法務,在執業過
程中,我逐漸發現自己對個案的社會經濟處境比對法律問題本身更感興趣。我開始體會到
,法律問題往往有明確的解答,但人生議題卻沒有標準答案。我最享受的是與個案建立連
結、理解他們內在世界的過程。我不畏懼與你的情緒深度同頻,並且陪伴你深入探索你所
經歷的一切,賦予意義並擺脫束縛。我也熱衷於學習各種臨床治療取向,並靈活運用於實
務工作中,不斷精進自己。
我喜歡閱讀、深度對談、旅行、親近大自然、享受有智力挑戰的工作。在眾多旅行回憶中
,我最想念的是埃及、柬埔寨與土耳其——未來我夢想再次造訪這些國家,當然,人生清
單上還有很多地方等著我去探索!
此外,我也熱愛訂製衣服與飾品,對水晶與寶石有相當豐富的知識!
