GROUP GOALS
Connect with and support other adults with ADHD. Build motivation and learn the tools needed to meet goals. Empower each other to appreciate strengths and grow weaknesses. Apply lessons into daily life.

Shift Your Mindset
- Develop strategies for getting into your stretch zone
- Commit to growth and progress
- Build your foundations
WEEK 3
Learn about Executive Functioning
- Learn about neuroplasticity and the different executive functioning skills
- Develop individualized strategies to improve skills
- Narrow your priorities
WEEK 4
Practice Mindfulness
- Practice attention with intention and metacognition
- Build frustration and stress tolerance
- Incorporate self-talk and self-care
WEEK 5
Set Realistic Goals and Expectations
- Recognize what is realistic
- Plan steps to meet your short-term goals
- Develop motivation for long-term goals
WEEK 6
Incorporating Strategies to Meet Goals
- Integrate executive functioning strategies to work towards goals
- Learn visualization and projection techniques
- Pre-plan for obstacles and barriers with counter-strategies
WEEK 7
Building Habits
- Improve planning and organizational skills
- Create persistence with new routines
- Replace unhealthy habits with healthier ones

Build Your Support Network
- Build your coping skills toolbox
- Elicit social support from friends and family
