Around 15-20% of the world’s population qualify as a sensitive feeler and/or an empath. S0, you don’t have to hide in the shadows of your negative emotions. Know that you are not alone. You can be sensitive and strong at the same time!
People of all genders can be sensitive feelers and empaths. Furthermore, there is an equal amount of sensitive feelers and empaths across all genders. It’s okay to be a sensitive feeler or an empath, regardless of how you identify. But evidence shows that men often deny their sensitivity or try to hide it.
