It can be scary to initially answer the call to the self awareness journey. At times, it will feel like it’s getting worse before it gets better, making you feel as if there’s ever light at the end of the deep dark tunnel of emotions, past traumatic experiences, and pain.

But I’m here to remind you that it is always darkest before the dawn, and that this is the beginning of such a wonderful journey to SELF. Your SELF, the person who you perhaps dreamed of being or becoming in life, and there’ll even be moments where you realize you have even surpassed any imagined version of who you’ve always wanted to be.

And that all starts when you make the bold choice to start healing. So take a deep breath and know that you are so brave and resilient to embark on this journey to growth, healing, and self discovery.

My name is Razdeep, and I’m here to help you.

I invite you to unfasten your burdens and know it’s safe to take a deep breath. You are held, you are seen, you are felt, and you are warmly welcomed to just BE.

In a nutshell, sessions with me are heart centered, multidimensional, raw, authentic, and a safe space to explore all emotions. By utilizing eclectic therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s individual needs, I support healing, growth, balance, and peace for my clients who are in anxiety, fear, and suffering from emotional baggage. These eclectic therapies range from mindfulness based therapies such as grounding, breathwork, building self awareness, self compassion, and so many other techniques that help create a balanced relationship with yourSelf, that will translate to all other facets of your life.

Sensitive Feelers & Empaths

You feel as if you’re a sponge, taking in everything around you. You feel the slightest shift in the room, in the energy, and you feel every emotion as if it were your own. Confusing you to carry or resolve it when you don’t know if it’s yours to carry.

Your ability to feel so deeply is your greatest gift and superpower.  Even though it may feel like a burden at times, please know that this is what makes you such a wonderful and warm person. You CARE.

You may be feeling deeply alone and confused as to why you experience things differently from others around you. Because you may realize that others do not feel as deeply, which perhaps has led you to feel isolated, with deep loneliness.

And I am here to help you decode and figure out what’s yours and what’s not. I am here to simply hold space as you navigate your deep empathic abilities and create boundaries. I am here to help you hone in on your empathic superpower and lessen the boulder of burdens you may be carrying for others. By tapping into the deep well of rich emotions and feelings, we will work on deciphering your feelings together.

Grief and Loss

You feel a deep sense of hollowness and pain that cannot even be fathomed at times. You feel as if you will never stop crying if you start. The pain, confusion, hurt, anger, disbelief, and suffering seem like a never ending tunnel.

The world around you doesn’t stop, even though it feels as if your world can never even start. You feel like an outsider in your own body, watching the days pass on by wondering if you’ll ever see the light again.

And I’m here to remind you that you will. You are deeply grieving a loss that is unexplainable nor rational to you. It can be a physical death, an emotional death, a situational or anticipating death, but all of it leaves you feeling deeply and vulnerable.

I’m here to hold in our therapeutic container you as grieve this loss. I’m here to hold space and hear about all of the suffering, pain, hurt, confusion, disbelief, and heartbreak you are experiencing.

Life is a series of goodbyes, and I’m here to help you say yours. Together, we will move towards the light of the new person you’re becoming as you process this grief.

Anxiety

There are no words, just a deep sense of anxiety and panic arising from each cell of your body. You don’t know what you want to do, it feels like your worst fear will come to life. It can come up whenever and however, you’re wondering if you could ever remember a time where you didn’t feel an impending sense of doom looming above you.

And now I invite you to take a deep breath in, and exhale. Though it may feel like you’ll never recover from your anxiety, I want you to know that it always gets better. It may feel like you’ll always feel this gnawing feeling at the pit of your stomach, but it does get better and does alleviate over time once you have the proper tools. Together, we’ll explore your anxious thoughts and feelings, and we’ll come up with a tool kit for the moments you feel it the most.

About Me

As Your Therapist,

I’m here to assure you that I, too, have struggled with finding who I am in this world that has led me to now provide a deep empathetic space for others who are in great suffering.

As a first generation Asian American & child of Indian immigrant parents, a lot of things were confusing and overwhelming to figure out on my own. I became a high achieving individual struggling with anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, and depression while balancing school, helping at home, and ‘looking’ like I’m okay. As a highly empathetic and sensitive child, I always sensed and experienced things that were unexplainable with words. I was aware of shifts in people around me which allowed me to see beyond the veil of words. I became very interested in learning about the human condition and circumstances that lead us to be who we are, which led me to begin my therapy and spiritual journey.

My Punjabi Sikh Indian American background has already exposed me to meditation, yoga, grounding, nature, dancing, mantras/sound healing, and many other beautiful spiritual practices that help regulate and bring balance into one’s self. These Eastern practices have been utilized for wellness and been around for centuries and are now finally picking up in the West as evidence based practices. I draw upon ancient practices for modern times, and this is my way of honoring my ancestral knowledge and wisdom.
