At Yellow Chair Collective, we understand the importance of mental health and well-being, especially during this time of year. That’s why we are thrilled to announce the launch of our YCC Workshops—a series of interactive sessions designed to empower you with strategies you can use to navigate the holiday season with confidence and resilience.

Our YCC Workshops are facilitated by our experienced therapists and are a fantastic way to learn about crucial mental health topics while fostering a sense of community with your fellow attendees. Our goal is to provide accessible and insightful guidance to support you on your mental health journey during emotional times.

YCC Community Workshops

This year, we’ve curated a special series of workshops to offer support during this holiday season. We’ve carefully chosen topics that often pose challenges when gathering with friends and family, such as managing emotions, navigating complex family dynamics, addressing disordered eating habits, and dealing with burnout. These workshops are designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools to help you thrive during the holidays.

Some of our workshops are based on our popular support group offerings. These condensed sessions are perfect for individuals who may not have the time or financial resources to commit to a multi-week support group. Our workshops are open to Asian and Asian American adults aged 18 and above. We believe in creating a safe and supportive space for our communities to address our unique mental health needs. There are no geographical restrictions–you can join us from anywhere in the world. All our workshops will be conducted online via Zoom, making them accessible from the comfort of your own home.
